Peche Mignon Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 oz white rum
- 0.5 oz liquor of coconut and rum (malibu)
- 0.3 oz cane sugar syrup
- 1 part lemon juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 part strawberry syrup
Prepare the recipe of Peche Mignon Cocktail for 1 person with the shaker:
In the shaker with ice cube pour down rum, malibu, syrups and theorange juice. Strike and pour down in tumbler with the ice cube. Finally pour down a part of strawberry syrup.
To serve in glass of the "tumbler" type.
Decoration: A slice of orange and a drinking straw.

Ingredients:
- 5 drops rose water
- Champagne
- 250 ml crushed raspberries
Blend raspberries in a food processor to puree, then sieve to get rid of sedds.
Take a champagne flute, fill to two-thirds with champagne, add a little raspberry juice and a few drops of rose water.

Ingredients:
- 5 drops rose water
- 250 ml blueberries
- 250ml pear juice
- 250 ml red currants
- 150ml vodka
Juice the berries, strain to get rid of seeds and combine with rose water, vodka and pear juice in a cocktail mixer.
Serve chilled.

Ingredients:
- 150ml apricot juice
- 150ml peach nectar
- 250 ml crushed strawberries
- 5 drops orange flower water
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and serve chilled.

Ingredients:
- 20g ginger root
- 20g ginseng root
- 10g cinnamon peel
- 1g saffron stamens
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 litre eau de vie or rum
Marinate all ingredients in alcohol for a fortnight.
Sieve.
Serve mixed with water: a teaspoon of elixir to a glass of water.

Mango passion surprise
Ingredients:
- 2 mangos
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- 150ml passion fruit juce
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Crushed ice
Put passion fruit juice, crushed ice and nutmeg in a blender.
Scoop out mango flesh, add to mixer along with milk.
Blend thoroughly and serve chilled.
