| Only try this one if your partner is very strong and supple and does not suffer from any back problems... He should start by lying on the floor, then push up into a 'bridge', while you straddle him and control the movements. A grinding movement is easier than up and down, is you have long legs, you may be able to take most of your own weight. Be gentle! |
